What is a life language
We encourage our clients to take an assessment that reveals their preferred communication style. There are seven life languages. Everyone speaks all 7; however each person has a preferred communication style. This style of communication determines how a person responds to life, love, people and circumstances. The Life Language System removes individuals from the box they and others have put them in. It also provides a foundation to stand on by raising self-awareness and the ability to accept and appreciate each others differences.
The Professional Experience
Many times, what may appear to be management, racial, gender, class or other diversity issue actually may only be a communication issue and/or a lack of understanding. The Life Language System and the Kendall Life Language Profile can identify the communication challenges and help build effective people and teams to achieve the maximum efficiency in the workplace.
